Infrastrucutre Delivery for the Fleet

Build Once. Vet Once. Deliver the Datacenter Everywhere.

Modern naval operations cannot wait months for infrastructure to be rebuilt, reconfigured, and reauthorized ship by ship. Rapid software delivery is only part of the mission. The applications still depend on hypervisors, storage, networks, security controls, virtual machines, GPUs, and the connections between them.

STRATUM brings that entire infrastructure platform into the software delivery model.

The hypervisor, storage fabric, encrypted network fabric, virtual switches, routers, firewalls, VM templates, GPU access, port assignments, and even the logical wiring and cabling are packaged as a versioned OCI-delivered infrastructure engine. Infrastructure can now move through the same trusted pipelines used to deliver mission applications.

What is validated ashore is exactly what sails.

From Software Armory to Infrastructure Armory

Zero-friction advantage
Adding STRATUM to a trusted Navy software armory extends rapid delivery beyond applications. It enables complete virtual datacenter platforms to be promoted through established DevSecOps processes and deployed across ships, shore facilities, laboratories, cloud environments, and tactical edge systems.

STRATUM does not require the Navy to abandon hardened Linux hosts, Kubernetes platforms, or accredited software factories that are already in place. It layers onto those investments and turns them into a delivery mechanism for the infrastructure itself.

That is the zero-friction advantage: keep the trusted foundation, then add an entirely new operational capability on top of it.

Security Evidence Travels With the Platform

Rapid ATO
Every STRATUM release can carry its exact image digest, software bill of materials, vulnerability results, configuration, and release provenance. The artifact that enters evaluation is the same immutable artifact promoted through the pipeline and delivered to the operational environment.

Security is not left until the end of the process. It becomes a continuous part of how the platform is built, scanned, promoted, updated, and rolled back.

This creates a practical foundation for Rapid ATO and Continuous ATO because the evidence is generated alongside the platform—not reconstructed after deployment.

Build Once. Promote Many. Operate Fleet-Wide.

Infrastructure. Downloaded.
A STRATUM release is not a collection of individually configured servers. It is a known, version-controlled infrastructure artifact.

The same approved release can be deployed across:
 * Ships and shore facilities
 * Laboratories and training environments
 * Datacenters and sovereign cloud
 * Remote and disconnected sites
 * Tactical edge systems
 * Globally distributed GPU and compute resources

Because STRATUM uses content-addressed OCI distribution, unchanged layers can be reused while only new or modified content is transferred. That matters when updates must cross constrained, intermittent, or satellite-connected networks.

Fleet-wide infrastructure updates become controlled software releases rather than repeated integration projects.

Deliver Mission Infrastructure at Software Speed

Operate like software.
STRATUM breaks the barrier between application delivery and infrastructure delivery. The Navy can now build, secure, validate, version, distribute, and operate an entire virtual datacenter as a trusted software artifact.

Not merely the application.

The platform beneath it. The network around it. The storage behind it. The GPUs that accelerate it. And the wiring that connects it all.
